Talgo pulls out of Milwaukee « Milwaukee Transit Riders Union: "In a move that surprised no one, Talgo announced today that it will be pulling it’s operations out of Milwaukee and closing it’s plant at 27th and Townsend Streets, which was the former A. O. Smith/Tower Automotive complex.
